I discovered Srinivas on The Rise to the Top. His interview with David Siteman Garland was truly "epic." Srini, the advice you gave about how big brands should interact with bloggers was awesome. I've been hooked ever since!

Most recently, I found Tara Gentile and I enjoy listening to her. I agree with you that she's one of the smartest person in the web/ blog world. Anywho, I searched for her on iTunes and she appeared on Blogcastfm.
