Truely Inspiring

The Good: Srini clearly takes the time to prepare for each of his interviews and seems to be in tune to the kind of audience he'd like to connect with. Each chat is different, in that there is just one set question...which is about the background and journey of the interviewee.

Areas of Improvement: Consistency in audio levels across episodes. The option to copy text from the show notes for further searching

Notable Episodes:
Alex Jamieson - Super Size Me - Co-Writer
Scott Adams - Dilbert

Though it takes time to figure out which episodes go together (for audio level consistency), this is but a small sacrifice to make, as every episode is really good. I have my favourite episodes, and in no way see the ones that resonate with me less as inferior.

Another thing Srini does is put good show notes, which is available on a separate page created for each guest. For those who like knowing each episode content before downloading it, they'd be really happy with the detail --- as there are dot points relating to the discussion.

The biggest plus for me, is the option to directly download the audio from the website.
