Great Guests

I love the guests and many of Srinis questions. But I find he goes all in on their past before there's any incentive for the audience to even care. Would be nice to get to know their message and work before hearing childhood stories from these strangers who's work we know nothing about. The template of the conversations is getting a little predictable: "Tell me about your past. That raises a lot of questions. Can we develop that on our own or is it inherent? What do you think of the education system? What makes someone unmistakable?" But, that being said, I still come back and enjoy regularly. Just had to share some constructive criticism.
