The problem that most people have is that they have unstable energy supply to their head. Your brain and visual processing system are probably using 20% of your calories. Your heart, eyes, and your brain have about 10,000 mitochondria (these little power plants in your cell), per cell. So they’re very dense in energy consumption. The rest of your body has 1 or 2 per cell. So you have 10 times the energy consumption and energy production ability in your brain.
