The People's Coach

Ernie Davis is the coach who said there is no such thing as death. He is the People's Coach, an award-winning speaker, teacher, coach, and author with a knack for helping aspiring entrepreneurs, public speakers, and growing leaders recreate themselves and become masters of their own destiny through one-on-one coaching, mastermind groups, and seminars.

Ernie has been leading, advising, coaching, and building winning teams and organizations for almost 30 years. He has a talent for helping regular individuals excel and win at the game of life and leadership. For over twenty-three years, he served in the United States Navy as a leader, advisor, and mentor to many. His notable Navy accomplishments include fifteen military deployments (six in combat), leading dozens of multi-million-dollar construction and humanitarian aid projects (for the U.S. Government), advising regional commanders, and helping the experts on the ground negotiate peace agreements with the Taliban in Afghanistan. Not to mention coaching and mentoring military officers and enlisted men on several continents.

Outside of sacrificing in the United States Navy to make the world a better place, Ernie has teamed with leaders and organizations such as Dr. John C. Maxwell and The John Maxwell Team, Toastmasters International, The Myers & Briggs Foundation, Powerhouse Motivations, and more. Together they've helped aspiring speakers and entrepreneurs, independent business owners, freedom-seekers, and leaders around the globe maximize their potentials, discover themselves, and make the rest of their lives the best.
