Nicole Moore's parents were told not to become too attached to their children early on because their children were very sickly and had a high likelihood of passing away. Because of that, her parents distanced themselves from saying “I love you” to their children till much later in life. From that childhood experience to a devastating breakup with her college boyfriend, Nicole built up an unhealthy relationship with love and dating. But after years of fighting within herself, a simple mindset shift changed her entire life. Take a listen as Nicole tells her story and how she began to date for growth rather than validation!
Nicole Moore is a relationship coach and creator of the Love Works Method. She runs several “love boot camps” for women and help women realize how to create and pursue healthy relationships.
