That’s why something like meditation is difficult for people because they feel like “when will I get done with this, when am I good at it?” When you say “it’s just something you do forever, that’s a very difficult concept and it’s an uncomfortable concept until you begin to see the benefits of it. When you begin to see the benefits of it and how it impacts your life and your self power, then that starts to dissolve and you start say “I get this.
